Placements: Not a lot of students actively participate in the placements of our college since there aren't a lot of proper opportunities that I have noticed. Recently, there had been an internship and job fair at our college conducted by the placement cell but there was only one good paid internship that I noticed. As for the unpaid internships, people with prior experience informed me that most organizations don't treat their interns with much respect.
Infrastructure: Labs hadn't been well maintained until we had NAAC visiting our college. We do have enough tests and equipment available to the best of my knowledge. The canteen has only improved in the present semester due to a change in the catering services.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and teach with their best resources. However, with the onset of NEP, it is getting hard to cope with our curriculum and a large part of it remains irrelevant, but that has to do more with the university than our college.
Other: I have always wanted to study psychology but I wish that we studied more about psychology than other useless "electives". As for the campus crowd, it couldn't be worse. Some creepy men normalize CAT calling and think it wouldn't charm anyone to creep women out, make them feel comfortable, or abuse them.

Amazing infrastructure and good placements.
Placements: The batch has almost 40 students. The highest package is 12 LPA a year, and the lowest salary is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are AIIMS Delhi, AIIMS Rishikesh, MAX Hospital, and some opt for on-campus internships. Top roles offered are teaching and counseling psychologists.
Infrastructure: All classes have proper boards and desks for the convenience of the students. The library is well-lit and has central ACs during the summer. All kinds of books are available. The Wi-Fi works well. The societies are working very well and win championships.
Faculty: The teaching staffs are amazing at Zakir Hussain. Many Ph.D. holders and many diploma holders are there. The teaching staff is truly passionate. The course curriculum is absolutely relevant, and we have a lot to learn. The students definitely earn a lot of knowledge about the outer world. The exams are pretty easy if you pay attention to what the teacher teaches. The passing percentage that would land you a good job is anything above 8 CGPA. Faculty members are amazing, very supportive, and interactive.
Other: I chose this course as I was deeply passionate about psychology. The best thing about my course is interacting with people and conducting surveys. I would like to improve the fact that we need more people aware of my course. The events do take place, especially in the form of seminars and webinars, not like there isn't any fun element. But the college is a bit on the academic side.

Placements: Zakir Hussain Delhi College has a dedicated career counseling and placement cell. Vidhyanjali is actively working to bridge the gap between students and potential employees. Infrastructure: The new campus building is very nice and awesome throughout Delhi University, but it has yet to be opened or started. The old building is very bad. Library is very best in both morning and evening campus. The best thing is the green environment of the college and labs are well-equipped.
Faculty: Overall, the faculty is good, especially the college principal, who is a very nice person. There are various societies in college: Dhanak for dance, Sangam for singer, Swam Vivekananda study circle, Ambedkar society, NCC, NSS, Gandhi study circle, and welfare cell for eastern students.

Once the new building gets inaugurated, half of the problems will be solved.
Placements: There is a placement committee called call in college. They have an instagram handle to give notifications regarding placement and internship to students. Also they conduct a mega placement drive here in college. In this drive many of the students attend and most of them got hired by national and international companies like Wipro, Byjus, Amazon. Previous year a student got hired by an American company with INR 100000 salary. Most of the psychology students got hired only with extra skills. If you want a better career in this stream you better go for higher studies.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't provide a hostel facility, and the classes are too congested because the maximum seating capacity in here is about 40-50 but the total strength of the class is 75. So when all the students come together, it will be too much crowded. The classes are held in Science block where there is no air conditioning in classes but all the students have separate chairs for sitting. The library facility in college is very good, in the morning it was too much crowded but in evening there is no crowd. Lots of books are there in the library with about 200 seating capacity and the librarian was very friendly. In canteen, we will get North Indian, Chinese and South Indian food.
Faculty: The faculty is well known in DU. Most of the teachers completed Ph.D. and most of the classes are held in English which is helpful for the students who came from South India. The University provides us a 3 year course with 6 semesters. About INR 950 is the fee for an obc student in DU for a semester exam. If we took the same paper in 4 semesters we get a minor degree in it.
Other: There is not much extra curricular activities held in college. For most of the events, the administration don't give permission because the college is placed within Delhi GATE and New Delhi so it was too much secured area. But many of the academic events and seminars are held in college auditorium.

I survived my college because of great faculty and good campus life.
Placements: As far as I remember there were no placements and we did not even expect placements because almost every student goes for Masters after doing B.A. in Psychology. But we were given a lot of opportunities to do internships in the field.
Infrastructure: I was not a hosteller and also as far as I know there no hostel in the college. Most students live in north campus PG or flats. About my course, the labs were big and equipment were enough. There were adequate material and apparatus present to conduct practicals. As we know there are very few colleges for Psychology in DU. Keeping that in mind, ZHDC is really above average. The library was really big and they have a lot of material and books there.
Faculty: Professors were really good and understanding. I loved many teachers of my batch and I am still in contact with them even now. The curriculum was well structured but DU has a lot of different subjects which other universities do not have which keeps you over the edge in Masters. They also make you take up a generic elective in first 2 years. Exams are well structured too. You get lots of assignments practicals and tests.
Other: The societies of our college were really active. I was in dance society - Dhanak. Each member was extremely hard working and inspiring.
