Will AMUEEE be held online?

No. The authorities will conduct AMUEEE offline i.e., as a pen-and-paper-based test. During the examination, the candidates will have to mark the correct answer from the given options on the OMR sheet. It is important for the candidates to mark the answer correctly. To attempt the examination, the candidates will have to report at the exam centres. More details on the AMUEEE exam pattern 2026 will be announced soon.

What is the marking scheme of AMUEEE?

The authorities will release the details regarding the marking scheme through the AMUEEE exam pattern. For every correct answer, the candidates will be allotted 1 mark. However, for every incorrect response, the authorities will deduct 0.25 mark. No marks will be deducted for incorrect responses. Since there is negative marking, the candidates are advised to carefully check the questions and attempt it only if they are sure about their answers.

For admissions in to the BTech courses offered by the University, the students will have to attempt and qualify and entrance exam.

Is the AMUEEE cutoff different for every category?

The AMUEEE cutoff will vary as per the category and courses selected by the students. There are chances that the cutoff will be higher for popular courses. General category students are also expected to have higher cutoffs than reserved category students.
