Assam Combined Entrance Examination (Assam CEE) is a state-government controlled centralised entrance examination, conducted by the Assam Science and Technology University. The students appear for this exam for admission into the five premier government engineering colleges in Assam. In this article, we will discuss the preparation tips to crack this exam.
Understanding the Assam CEE syllabus: Understanding the curriculum is the most important step before commencing the exam preparation. This would help in devising a plan. With the understanding of the curriculum, knowledge of the test pattern is equally important. This would help in understanding the type of questions, their weightage and the time management of each question. - Keep all the required documents ready, a night before the test
- Before the exam day, candidates should always review the test centre and its timings to ensure they reach the right venue at the right time
- Do not panic or feel anxious before the exam, revise the important formulae and topics to boost confidence.
- Listen to the music, do exercise, yoga or whatever works for you, relax your mind.
- Do read and follow the instructions written on the question paper.
- Sleep for at least seven to eight hours to stay active during the preparation. Also, sleep well the night before the exam as sleeplessness would make one feel tired which would result in low concentration in the exam.
