The Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEEC) conducts the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic (UPJEE(P)). UPJEE, commonly known as JEECUP, is a state-level examination for candidates seeking admission to government and private polytechnic colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

JEECUP 2026: Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEEC) conducts the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic (UPJEE(P)). Commonly known as JEECUP, it is a state-level exam for those who want admission to government and private polytechnic colleges of Uttar Pradesh. The authority released the JEECUP 2026 application form on the website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates have to fill the form in online mode. Applicants have to complete JEECUP registration, fill in their details, upload the relevant documents and pay the registration fees. Only those who fulfil the eligibility criteria can apply for the exam. Moreover, the application form for JEECUP 2026 has to be submitted before the last date, April 30. To fill the JEECUP application form, candidates have to follow these instructions-

Q:   What is the JEECUP marking scheme?
A:

As per the JEECUP marking scheme, candidates will be awarded 4 marks for every correct answer marked. There is no negative marking in the exam.

Q:   What is the JEECUP 2026 exam pattern?
A:

As per the JEECUP exam pattern students have to attempt 100 MCQs within 150 minutes. The test paper will be available in both Hindi and English. Candidates will get 4 marks for every correct answer they mark. There is no negative marking.

Q:   Where can I check the JEECUP exam pattern?
A:

The authority releases the JEECUP 2026 exam pattern through a notification at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. The JEECUP exam pattern consist of important details on the examination duration, marking scheme, total number of questions and more. 

  • Visit the website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
  • Click on the JEECUP registration link.
  • Complete your registration by providing basic details.
  • A login ID and password will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
  • Use them to re-login and fill the complete form, upload the documents and pay the fee.
  • Once the fee payment is completed, download the confirmation page.

JEECUP 2026 Admit Card

Registered candidates will be issued the JEECUP hall ticket 2026. Candidates will have to download the JEECUP admit card from the authority’s website. No candidates will be sent the JEECUP admit card by post/fax. Students will be able to check the complete JEECUP exam centre address, exam date, shift timings and other important details on their admit cards.

JEECUP Mock Test 2026

JEEC, UP will provide the mock test of JEECUP 2026 online at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. The authority will release the mock test a few days before the exam. Candidates must attempt the JEECUP mock test to get used to the format and feel of the test.

JEECUP Result 2026

The JEECUP 2026 result will be available in the form of a rank card on May 30, 2026. Candidates will have to use their login details to check their results. The JEECUP result will have the candidate’s name, application number, category, subject-wise scores and overall rank in the exam. Admission will be done as per the JEECUP result only.

JEECUP 2026 Counselling

The authority will conduct the JEECUP counselling 2026 for all the qualified candidates. Candidates have to participate in the JEECUP counselling for admission. The counselling of JEECUP 2026 will be held in multiple rounds and candidates will be able to fill their choices for colleges and courses at the start of each round. The authority will conduct the JEECUP seat allotment on the basis of the candidate's rank, availability of seats, number of qualified students and more. The authority will release the JEECUP 2026 counselling schedule after the results.
