Choosing MMDU for BTech has been my best decision: Hemant

I am from Nepal and visited India for study purpose, a year back. Earlier I was very surprised to see the difference between two countries regarding customs, mentalities, study formats, architecture, and more but as time passed, I became comfortable and open to learning new things about the country and its people.

What draws my attention towards MMDU 

The University offers BTech in Software Development. This course is first-of-its-kind in India. When I searched for the BTech in software development course, I found MMDU to be one of the good colleges that offers the course. Also, when I contacted the associated person regarding this course, I was very much satisfied with the way my doubts and queries were resolved.

Most importantly for me, the reason why MMDU is good is because each and every faculty here is always ready to assist us be it in terms of submitting our projects or getting help in labs and research papers. This really provides me a hands on experience with various new technologies as well as tools. The best thing I find here is that everyone is so friendly. If you don’t understand something, you can ask several times.

How Things Work

Though our schedule is really tight, I enjoy learning various things. With the help of my faculty, I successfully completed many software development projects for many clients.

Placement Opportunities

As MMDU is one the best Institutions in India, especially North, after completion of my course, I expect to find many job opportunities in the domain I am pursuing. Besides, the University has also earned strong repute for the placements provided to the students.

Campus Life  

The campus life here is really good. Though life is bit different here from my home country, I have met many nice people from various regions of India as well as other countries. At the weekend, we spend time together and have fun.

Of course, I miss my family, but I am so happy here. After Nepal, MMDU has become my home. I study, learn, and enjoy here.

The University focuses on traditional models of tests and lectures using a learn-by-doing approach that gives each and every student on-job experience.
