How to Prepare for WBJEE and MHT CET Simultaneously?

Both WBJEE and MHT CET have similar sections with an identical syllabus. Therefore WBJEE preparation and MHT CET preparation can go hand in hand. Here are some strategies followed by toppers to prepare for PCM subject groups of competitive exams.

  1. Start with the school textbooks of class 11th and 12th
  2. Make a subject-specific study plan based on the number of days left for the exam
  3. Devote more time to mathematics, as the section holds the most weightage
  4. As the MHT CET exam date is yet to be announced, solve WBJEE sample papers and previous year question papers; prepare using the MHT CET question paper and mock tests after you have appeared for WBJEE
  5. Include breaks between the preparation plan

Exam day tips for a better score - WBJEE will have negative marking; thus, answer the questions you are sure about to avoid any negative marking in the exam. In contrast, there is no negative marking in MHT CET; attempt all the questions as you may guess the correct answer and fetch marks for the same.
