How to Download CDS 2 Admit Card?
Check methods to download the CDS admit card:
- Visit at upsc.gov.in
- Go to the 'What's New' Section and Click on the 'E-Admit Card CDS Exam 2025' link
- A new page will open with the download link
- Read all the instructions carefully before downloading the admit card
- After reading the instructions, click on the 'Yes' button to proceed toward downloading the admit card
- Enter the following details on the login page:
Registration Number and date of birth, Or
Roll Number and Date of Birth, Or
Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth
- After filling in the details, click on the ‘Submit’ tab
- The CDS 2025 admit card appears on the screen

Candidate should check that the internet connection should be stable. Candidate should use the latest version of browsers like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. It is advised to clean the cache of the browser and try to download the admit card again. Student should check the details like registration ID, password while login in. If still problem occurs then contact the UPSC for support.
There are some of the items that candidate can not take with themselves while giving the CDS examination. Such items are mobile phones, laptops, tablets, calculators, etc. That is electronic items are not allowed. If any of the candidate found with such items in the exam centre then he or she will not be allowed to sit in the exam.

CDS Exam Pattern for IMA, INA, IFA
The candidates who are going to appear for the CDS exam for the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and AFA (Air Force Academy) must know the exam pattern. The exam pattern is provided below:
- The exam for INA, IMA, and AFA is taken for three subjects - English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Maths
- The duration for each paper is 2 hours (120 minutes)
- Each subject will have 100 MCQs
- The maximum mark in each subject is 100 marks

2. For Officers' Training Academy (OTA)-English and GK for both separately 2 hours duration
CDS Exam Pattern for OTA
The OTA has a different exam pattern as compared to INA, IMA, and AFA. It has been mentioned below.
- The OTA exam is taken for two subjects- English and General Ability Test
- The total time duration for the exam is 4 hours (2 hours for each paper)
- Total number of questions: 100 MCQs
- Maximum marks in each subject are 100 marks
