NIACL assistant application is an online process, governed by NIACL itself. applications are accepted in online mode only through the official website of the company. In the last NIACL assistant notification, released in 2018, NIACL invited application for 685 Assistants in Class III cadre from open market. This year also, similar number of vacancies are expected. Candidates need to apply online by visiting official NIACL website, no other mode of application is accepted by the recruiting authority.

How to apply for NIACL Assistant?

Online application for NIACL Assistant comprises three steps:

  1. Application Registration
  2. Payment of Fees
  3. Scan and Upload of Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Hand Written Declaration

NIACL Application Registration

Follow the steps illustrated below for NIACL Assistant online application registration:

  • Visit www.newindia.co.in, go to the recruitment section and click on the option ‘apply online’
  • Click on the link "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" to register yourself. You need to provide your Name, details and Email-id, mobile no. etc. After registration, a provisional registration number and password will be sent to the registered email address
  • If any candidate can’t fill the application form at one go, he or she can save the inputs by clicking “SAVE AND NEXT” and complete the application after re-login
  • Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the 'VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS' and 'SAVE & NEXT' button
  • Proceed next to fill other details of the Application Form. Candidates must preview all details filled by them before "FINAL SUBMIT"

NIACL Assistant Application Fees Payment

  • After final submission, click on 'PAYMENT' Tab and proceed for payment. After making successful payment, click on 'SUBMIT' button.
  • Application fees need to be paid in online mode only. Payment can be made using Debit Cards (Rupayl Visa/ Master/ Maestro), Credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS or by using mobile wallet.
  • Candidates must not press on redirect or refresh button unless they receive any intimation from the server. Candidates will receive an e-receipt after successful payment.
  • Application fees are different for different categories, find the table below to check application fees for structure for different categories:

Note: Candidates need to pay bank transaction charges where applicable. After payment of application fees, it will not be refunded in any circumstances.

Scan and Upload of Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Hand Written Declaration

This is the last stage of online application. Candidates need to scan their photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten documents to upload. Find the specification of the above-mentioned documents here:

Photograph

  • Photograph must be a recent one in passport size (4.5cm x 3.5cm)
  • Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
  • Size of the file should be between 20kb-50 kb
  • Uploading color Photograph is mandatory, with light  (preferably white) background
  • Candidates must not wear any accessories such as sunglass or hat that are covering a part of their face

Signature

  • Signature should be on white paper with black ink
  • Signature must not be in capital letter
  • Size and dimension of the signature should be 10 kb- 20kb and 140 x 60 pixels (preferred) respectively

Handwritten declaration

  • The text for the handwritten declaration will be: "I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
  • The applicant has to write the declaration in English clearly on a white paper with black ink
  • Handwritten declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted in any case
