RRB JE 2025 Result: The RRB JE CBT 2 Result has been released on July 2, 2025 for 7951 vacancies only for 9 zones. The final result for the exam conducted on April 22 was released and for June 4, it will be released soon.  The result consists of the merit list, cutoff marks, scorecards of qualified candidates. Once the result is released, we will provide the direct link to download it. RRB JE result is prepared based on the normalisation of marks as per the formula notified in the official advertisement.

The candidates who declared qualified in the CBT-1 result will be called for the CBT-2. CBT-1 is the screening exam that filter out most of the candidates and reduces the number of candidates significantly. Railway Recruitment Boards issue the RRB JE results online in the pdf format. The result is declared separately by each of the 21 RRBs. The RRBs release the result more than the actual requirement so that they can fulfil its requirement in the event of the candidates refusing to join the services in the final round. The RRB JE result is announced after the final answer key is arrived at.

How to check the RRB JE Result 2025?

The result of RRB JE recruitment will be released on the official website of the respective RRBs and all the result will be provided in the pdf format. Following are the step to check the result of RRB JE recruitment
1.    Open the official website of RRB JE – www.indianrailways.gov.in
2.    Click and go to the respective regional website.
3.    Click on the result link
4.    The RRB JE result is published in pdf format. It contains the roll number of all the qualified candidates
5.    If the roll number of candidate is not mentioned in the RRB JE result pdf, it means that the candidate is not qualified for that stage
6.    Download the result and save it for the future reference

Along with the result, the RRB JE scorecard will also be released so that the candidates know their exact marks. In addition to above, extra candidates will also be called for the document verification to maintain a standby list of 50% as given in the official notification.

Normalisation of Marks in RRB JE Result 2025

Normalisation is required where the test is conducted in multiple sessions. Normalisation is a very important exercise in the RRB JE result process because the result merit is prepared based on the normalised marks only.  The candidates are competing for the same number of vacancies with different question papers provided in the different sessions. So to provide a level playing field to all the candidates, normalisation is done.

RRB JE Document Verification 2025

RRB JE Document Verification (DV) is a part of the recruitment process. It is important to mention here that the candidates need to carry all their relevant original document required to satisfy any reservation asked in the online application form. In the absence of any relevant document, no future date will be assigned and the candidature of the candidate stand cancelled irrespective of his/her name in the result. Hence it is a very important stage.

The minimum qualifying marks in the RRB JE exam vary as per the categories. For General Category it is 40%, for SC/OBC it is 30%, and for ST it is 25%. 

General/EWS: 60 marks out of 150
SC/OBC: 45 marks out of 150
