RPF Constable Application 2022 : How to Apply Online

Documents that candidates need to upload after payment of the application fee are:

Photograph

• Candidates have to upload their recent colour photographs by clicking on the upload Photo tab. The colour passport photograph with white/light colour background will be accepted only. A scanned photograph should have the following specification:

• Candidates are advised to upload photographs taken by professionals at a studio, photographs taken in mobile cameras or selfies will be rejected
• Photographs with caps, sunglasses will be rejected
• During the examination, the photograph should match the actual appearance of the candidate. Also, the face should be clearly visible and it must be at least 50 per cent of the photograph
• Candidates are required to keep 12 copies of the same photographs which can be used for future courses of action

SC/ST Certificate

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) have to upload scanned copy of their SC/ST certificates (JPG/JPEG format, 50kb – 100kb) also for availing the facility of free travel authority (Second Class Railway Pass)

 Declaration:

• After uploading a photograph, candidates need to confirm the declaration statement followed by submission of the application. Once again the entire application will appear on screen for a final check; once candidates are done with checking all information, they can confirm it.
• All candidates are advised to take a printed copy of the application form for their own record.

• If any candidate makes any error during filling application form other than State, email and mobile, he/she can make corrections to it.
• Candidates have to pay a modification fee of INR 250. The modification fee is the same across different categories.
• Such modification in the application can be done twice only
