REET Application 2024: The Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)  application form will be released soon on the official website of the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER), Jaipur. The REET application 2024 comprises various stages such as online registration, payment of fees, uploading of documents, and filling up the application form. Candidate needs to undergo the REET registration and application process to appear for the exam.

Candidate needs to fill out the complete application to appear for the REET exam 2024  and gain eligibility as Primary Teachers (Level 1) who want to teach Classes 1 to 5 or Upper Primary Teachers (Level 2) who want to teach Classes 6 to 8. Candidates need to undertake REET registration 2024 separately for Level 1 or Level 2 or both Level 1 and 2. 

Q:   When will the REET applications be released?

How to Fill REET Application Form 2024?

REET registration/application is entirely an online process. Candidates can fill up the REET application form 2024 on the REET exam dates notified in the notification by following the given steps:

  • Visit the official website of REET 2024
  • Click on the 'Generate Challan For Examination Fee' link.

  • Click on the 'Level 1' or 'Level 2' or 'Level Both' link

  • Enter all the required details and choose the payment method.

  • After the REET registration and Bank Challan generation, note down your Challan number, username, and password.

  • Now, click on the ‘Fill application form' link.

  • Enter challan number, mother’s name, and date of birth to log in.

REET Application Fee 2024

Candidates have to fill out the online application for REET by paying the application fee. The REET application fee is different for different categories as given below:

Q:   When was the application form released for REET Recruitment Exam?

A:
The application form for the REET main exam for Level 1 and Level 2 were released on the official website on December 21, 2022. The candidates were allowed to apply for the REET main exam from December 21, 2022, to January 19. The last date for paying the application fee for the REET level 1 and level 2 recruitment exam was January 19, 2023. The RSMSSB (Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board, Jaipur) did not invited the offline application for the recruitment exam neither the application fees was accepted through offline mode like demand draft, etc. The RSMSSB accepted the UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc. for the REET recruitment exam application form. The REET mains exam to recruit the Level 1 and Level 2 recruitment exam conducted between February 21 to March 1, 2023.
 

Q:   Can REET application fee be submitted through demand draft?

A:
The method of payment for the REET (Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) application fee may vary depending on the specific instructions provided by the conducting authority. Q:   What are the dimensions of the photo and signature for the REET application form?

A:
The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) has not yet released the official notification for the REET exam 2023. Therefore, the specific dimensions of the photograph and signature for the application form are not available at this time. However, based on the previous year's application process, the following are the general guidelines for the photograph and signature: Photograph: A) The photograph should be a recent color passport-size photograph. B) The background of the photograph should be white or light-colored. C) The photograph should be in JPEG format with a maximum size of 50 KB. D) The dimensions of the photograph should be around 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm. Signature: A) The signature should be done on white paper with blue or black ink. B) The signature should be clear and legible. Q:   I have forgotten my REET application number. What should I do?

A:
The candidates who have successfully registered for the REET exam can retrieve their application number by following the steps below: a) Visit the official website and go to the login page b Click on the link stating Forgot form number/challan number c) Enter the required details such as the candidates name, mothers name, class level, and date of birth and click on the next button e) Note down the information for future use The candidates are advised to check their registered email id and the message by the REET on the registered mobile number. The BSER sends the registration details to the mobile number and email id that was registered while filling out the application number.
 

Eligibility Criteria for REET Online Application Form

The candidates who wish to be the primary and upper primary teachers in the schools of Rajasthan need to fulfill the REET eligibility criteria to fill out the application for Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 (RTET 2024). The educational qualification eligibility has been given below for the candidates who want to appear in the REET 2024 exam 

REET Online Application Paper 1 Eligibility  

The candidate who wants to be a teacher in primary school (Classes 1-5) must fulfill the educational criteria given below to apply online for REET 2023: 

  • Candidates must have completed Senior Secondary with at least 50 per cent marks (Or equivalent) and passed or appearing in the final year of 2nd-year Diploma in Elementary Education  

Or, 

  • Candidates must have completed Senior Secondary with at least 50 per cent marks (or equivalent) and passed or appearing in the final year of 4th year Bachelor of Elementary Education   

Or, 

  • Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary with at least 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2nd-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)   

Or, 

  • Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education 

REET Online Application Paper 2 Eligibility  

The candidates who want to be a teacher in upper primary (classes 6 to 8) schools of Rajasthan need to fill out the online application for Paper 2. To fill out the online application for RTET 2023 candidates have to fulfill the educational qualification eligibility given below: 

  • Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.  

Or,   

  • Graduation with at least 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education.   

Or,  

  • Graduation with at least 45 per cent marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education, by the NCTE Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.  

Or,  

  • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).  

Or,  

  • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.   

Or,  

  • Graduation with at least 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).  

Or,   

  • Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Bachelor of Education 

Q:   What is the eligibility criteria to take REET exam?

A:
The eligibility criteria to appear for the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) exam are as follows: A) Educational Qualification: For Primary Level Teachers (Class I to V): Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50 per cent marks and should have a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed) or Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed) or Diploma in Education (Special Education). For Upper Primary Level Teachers (Class VI to VIII): Candidates should have a graduation degree and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed) or Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed) or Diploma in Education (Special Education). B) Age Limit: The minimum age limit for candidates is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 40 years. However, there is a relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates as per the government rules. It is important to note that the eligibility criteria may be subject to change as per the notification released by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER). The REET stands for the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teacher (REET). Though the REET is also known as RTET (Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test). Q:   Can I carry my mobile to the REET exam centre?

A:
No, candidates are not allowed to carry their mobile phones or any other electronic devices to the REET (Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) exam centre. The use of electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, or any other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Candidates found with any such electronic devices will be disqualified from the exam and their candidature will be cancelled. Therefore, candidates are advised not to carry any electronic devices to the examination centre to avoid any inconvenience. However, candidates can carry a simple wristwatch to keep track of time during the exam. They should also carry a transparent water bottle and a hand sanitiser to the examination centre, as per the guidelines issued by the exam conducting authority.
