Q: Β  Is NEET required for BSc Nursing in KGMU?

NEET rank and scores are not required if candidates want to seek admission to the BSc Nursing programme offered at King George's Medical University. The aspirants must appear for the Uttar Pradesh Common Nursing Entrance Test (UP CNET) if they want to get admission to the KGMU BSc Nursing course

Q: Β  Can I get admission to MBBS at KGMU without NEET?
A: 

KGMU offers admission to MBBS course for a duration to five and half years (66 months). Admission to MBBS courses is entirely entrance-based. In order to get admission to MBBS course at KGMU, candidates must pass Class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate from a recognised board. Form MBBS admissions, KGMU accepts valid scores of NEET UG, which is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) every year. Candidates who qualifiy this exam will be allocated seats as per NEET UG Counselling in various rounds.

King George's Medical University is a goverment university which was established in 1905. The university is accredited with A Grade by NAAC and is approved by UGC, DCI, and MCI. King George's Medical University is a public university which is accredited with A Grade by NAAC. Being a public university. The fee for various courses is not very high. Even if the students find the fee a little high, they can apply for the scholarships offered by the university.
