NIE Mysore Highlights 2025
The National Institute of Engineering (NIE), located in Mysore, was established in 1946. The institute is recognised by the AICTE and got autonomous status from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi in 2007. In addition to this, the institute is also accredited by the NAAC. NIE is the second engineering college in Karnataka and the first one in Mysore. NIE Mysore currently offers 20+ courses across two streams, Engineering and IT.
