From what I know, both Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College and Satyawati College have good placement records, but they cater to different fields. Yes, you can apply for admission to the School of Humanities & Social Sciences (SHSS) at Sharda University with 70% in your class 12th.

 The pre-qualification examination criteria for all Undergraduate programmes is completion of Class 12th from any of the recognised boards of India.
