We all know school life is more interesting than college life. College life is the first step to understand the outer world. You find lots of friendly people, but most of the people are hard to understand. My college life was very interesting also. I was very impressed as I got to meet lots of friends and teachers who help me in doing my work. In my college we used to play badminton regularly that contributed to the overall physical fitness. I always made notes of important chapters related to my exams which were extremely helpful during exams.

Being a student of English (Hons.) has helped me build my career. Having a good command over the English language helped me crack several interviews. Also, at the work place, I make it a point to complete my task on time. My habit of making notes in college helps me plan my work in office.

Once I visited to a historical place where I saw foreigners talk to each other fluently in English and other people were noticing that. That time I decided to pursue a course in English so that communicating with foreigners becomes a piece of cake for me. Once a foreigner asked me, “Will you please tell me where this place is?" and I was unable to navigate him because I was weak in English. This incident all the more motivated me to learn the English language.

There are numerous people who lack self confidence just because they cannot speak English.

I want to encourage all such people to learn the language so that they do not face any problems like I did in the past.

I was not finally strong, hence I could not become a doctor, but currently I am working as a Health Insurance Executive and through this field I help patients indirectly. It is a happy feeling to help someone when they need u.
