The application correction window opens after the last date to fill the PUMDET application form. Applicant must remember that primary data like name, parent's name, date of birth, gender and domicile cannot be changed. Any other information other than that can be corrected when this window is live. To do this, they will be required to log in using their login creds.

The PUMDET 2025 application form will cost INR 500. However, the internet service charges are not included in this amount. They must be paid by the applicants on top of the application fee.

Once applicants are done filling out the PUMDET application form and paying the application fee, the system generates a confirmation page. The exam's detailed notification mentions that if this page does not pop on your screen, your application is incomplete. Once the application form is complete, you must see a 'Download Confirmation Page' option.

The steps to download the PUMDET admit card are provided below -

• Go to the WBJEEB's official PUMDET website
• Click on the PUMDET admit card link
• Enter login details - application number, password/ DOB and security pin (captcha code)
• Click on the log in button, your admit card will appear on the screen 
• Download and print copies of it to carry to the exam centre.

The exact exam centre venues will be allotted to examinees at the descretion of the exam body. Details like address, reporting time, etc. will be mentioned in the PUMDET admit card. However, the exam body mentions the various exam zones where the exam will be conducted. These (any 2) can be chosen by exam takers while filling the PUMDET application form. They are as follows - 

Candidates must carry a government approved photo ID to the exam centres along with their PUMDET admit cards. This ID can either be Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport, Voter ID, or driving license.

The counselling process for PUMDET takes place online. The exam body will provide a counselling link on their website on which students can complete their admission processes. 

Your candidature may be cancelled if you fail to produce any of the documents required in the PUMDET counselling process.

The counselling schedule for PUMDET 2025 is not released yet. It is likely that the counselling will take place some time in the last two weeks of August 2025 and September 2025.

Yes. Candidates should have done their BA (Hons) and not just a normal BA programme to be eligible for admission to PG courses. The academic eligibility criteria is as follows: 

• Have cleared (not before 2019) or appeared for BA (Hons) examination in 2023 from any recognised University.
• Have appeared for BA  (Hons) exam and should have their final results at the time of counselling and produce their original mark sheets/grade cards of all semester/annual examinations passed at the Bachelor’s level. Such candidates must fulfil the academic eligibility norms for their applied courses tabled below for admission.
• Have appeared for their final BA (Hons) examination, but their final results have not been declared at the time of counselling, such candidates shall be given provisional admission on the basis of production of their previous mark sheets/grade cards of all previous semester/annual examinations at their Bachelor’s level. However, they must submit their final mark sheet by August 31, 2023 to ensure that they fulfil their minimum eligibility criteria, failing which their admission will stand cancelled.
