MAKAUT CET MSc, M. Optom Application Form 2026, Registration: Know How to Apply

CET Board hosts the application form for MAKAUT CET 2026 online. Candidates can complete the MAKAUT CET registration by following the steps mentioned below:

1st Step: Filling Details in MAKAUT CET Application Form

Candidates need to complete the one-time registration by entering the basic details followed by filling the online application form. The application form requires the candidates to fill the personal and academic information. Additionally, candidates need to enter the communication details. After filling the details, candidates are promoted to a window to review the filled-in details.

2nd Step: Uploading Documents

After entering the details in the application form, candidates need to upload the documents, including photograph and signature in the prescribed format, size, and dimensions. Candidates need to upload the photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format. Candidates will come across two separate buttons stating ‘upload’ for photograph and signature.

A stamp-size photograph with a light colour background is to be scanned and uploaded. Candidates must use white paper for the signature with a blue or black ink pen. While uploading the photograph and signature, candidates must keep the file size of the photograph between 30 KB to 50 KB.

Candidates are directed to a window to preview the uploaded documents. If the scanned images are unclear, candidates must re-upload the documents.

3rd Step: Submission of MAKAUT CET Application Form

After filling in the details and uploading the documents, candidates need to submit the online application form after clicking the checkbox for declaration. Before submitting, candidates must check whether all the information entered is correct.

4th Step: Payment of MAKAUT CET Application Fee

After submitting the application form for MAKAUT CET 2026, login credentials are generated. Candidates need to log in to pay the application fee. The MAKAUT CET application fee is to be paid online.
