NIMCET 2026 Counselling Process
The NIMCET counselling 2026 will be an online process and will be conducted after the NIMCET results have been announced. Please check the process for NIMCET counselling for reference.
- Register yourself for the counselling process by filling your personal details, as prompted.
- Fill in your choice of colleges in the order of preference. Candidates are advised to select as many choices as possible for a higher chance of allotment into the preferred colleges.
- Pay INR 1000 as the counselling fee, online through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted.

The exam-conducting body finalises the counselling schedule and they themselves announced the NIMCET 2025 counselling dates. Candidates can fill in as many choices in the order of preference as they wish to from the list of available choices.
Candidates are permitted, if they so desire, to change or re-order their choices, delete earlier choices and add new choices any number of times until they lock their final choices. Choices should be positively locked before last date & time failing which last saved choices will be considered for allotment. Choices submitted in the first round of counselling will be processed up to third round.

After the completion of the Seat Allotment Result in each round, NIMCET publishes a report of the institute-wise seat allotment result.
