No. Once an exam centre is allotted, it can't be changed. While filling the NIMCET application form, please cross-check and select the exam centres only if you are sure of the selected ones. However, in case of an emergency, you may request the authorities, but the final decision or discretion to change the exam centre will remain with them.
No, the NIMCET exam conducting authorities will not arrange for travel and accommodation, and it has to be done by the candidate or his/her family. Before the examination, the authorities advise the candidates to visit the exam centre and assess it so that they do not face any problems during the examination day.
