NIMCET 2025 answer key has been released. Candidates will be able to check the answer key online from the website nimcet.admissions.nic.in. It is also recommended for the students to keep checking the official website for the latest updates. The correct responses to the question paper can be checked through the NIMCET answer key.

After the release of the NIMCET answer key, candidates will be able to raise challenges or objections against the provisional answer key. For this, candidates will have to pay a non-refundable amount of INR 500 for each question. After reviewing and rectifying the challenges, the NIMCET exam authorities will upload the modifications made to the provisional answer keys on the NIMCET official website along with the NIMCET result.

Candidates will not be personally notified regarding the release of the NIMCET answer key. The authorities will declare the release of the provisional NIMCET answer key online on the official website. To access the NIMCET answer key, the candidates will need to visit the official website and log in using their roll number and password. 

The NIMCET answer key will be released by the exam conducting the National Institute of Technology. The NIMCET answer key will consist of all the correct answers to the questions asked in the entrance examination. Candidates can also verify their responses based on that. This will help them in calculating their probable test scores as per the NIMCET marking scheme.

• Select the questions that are to be challenged.
• Pay the required fees to raise the objections and click on the 'Submit' button.

The National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli will conduct NIMCET 2025. The National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the NITs. It is conducted every year for interested graduates to be offered admission into the Masters in Computer Application (MCA) Programme at the participating NITs. 

Candidates will be able to calculate their probable score using the official marking scheme of NIMCET. The calculated scores will be indicative and may differ from the scores obtained and displayed in the official NIMCET result. For the calculation, the candidates will have to first download the answer key and compare it with their responses. The official marking scheme needs to be followed, and the total calculated will be the probable scores secured in the examination. For Correct Answer:

Mathematics: +12 marks for correct answer
Logical Reasoning: +6 marks for correct answer
Computer Awareness: +6 marks for a correct answer
General English: +4 marks for a correct answer

For Incorrect Answer:

Mathematics: -3 marks for an incorrect answer
Logical Reasoning: -1.5 marks for an incorrect answer
Computer Awareness: -1.5 marks for an incorrect answer
General English: -1 mark for an incorrect answer

Yes. After checking all of the submitted objections, the authorities will release the final answer key of NIMCET 2025 along with the results. It is to be noted that no objections against the final answer key will be accepted by the authorities. The decision of the authorities will remain final. NIMCET 2025 result will be prepared based on the final answer key.

Candidates securing zero or negative marks either in Mathematics or in Total Marks in NIMCET test will be disqualified. Based on the marks obtained by a qualified candidate in NIMCET test, a rank will be allotted by adopting the following criteria.

• The marks obtained in Mathematics, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, English, will be summed up. Thus, maximum weighted marks will be 1000.
• Ranking will be based on total weighted marks obtained by a candidate.

NIMCET exam is conducted once a year. There are a total of 10 NITs (National Institute of Technology) and 2 IIITs (Indian Institue of Information Technology) which take admission in MCA through NIMCET. The exam is conducted by one of the participating NITs every year on rotational basis.
