Company Law or corporate law governs companies, organisations and businesses' rights, relations, and conduct. This type of law plays an important role in managing the smooth functioning of the company by providing a roadmap and outline in which a company must work. On the basis of your preference and subject to your eligibility conditions, you can study Company Law as a core subject in your UG or pursue it as a specialisation as a certificate, diploma or postgraduate major.
The main focus is to provide a detailed understanding of the legal framework governing the creation, operation, management and termination of companies and other businesses. It examines the rights, responsibilities and legal obligations of the company itself, its directors, shareholders and other relevant parties.
