IIM Jammu Placements 2023: Highest CTC INR 64 LPA, Average CTC 16.43 LPA
IIM Jammu final placement process 2023 recorded highest CTC of INR 64 lakh per annum and average CTC of INR 16.43 lakh per annum. Maximum offers were made in BFSI sector. Check IIM Jammu placements 2023 here.
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu’s sixth batch of MBA was placed at top companies during the final placement process. A total of 126 companies participated in the IIM Jammu placement process and made 246 offers to the students.
This year, the highest CTC jumped manifold from last year recording at INR 64 lakh per annum. In 2020-22 placements, the highest CTC offer was INR 32.00 lakh per annum.
The average CTC too witnessed comprehensive rise from last year. The average CTC offered in IIM Jammu placements 2023 stood at INR 16.43 lakh per annum which is INR 2.90 lakh more than last year. Average CTC offer for freshers stood at INR 15.50 lakh per annum and for students with work experience stood at INR 20.00 lakh per annum.
The batch size of IIM Jammu MBA 2023 is 240. As per the Government seat reservation policy:
- 15% seats are reserved for Schedule Caste.
- 7.5% seats are reserved for Schedule Tribe
- 27% seats are reserved for NC - OBC
- 10% seats are reserved for EWS
- 5% seats are reserved for DAP
This year, IIM Jammu hosted 59 new recruiters. Sector wise, maximum offers were made in BFSI, followed by IT & Analytics. Domain wise, the maximum hiring was done in Sales and Marketing, followed by General Marketing.
