IIM Visakhapatnam final placements 2023 witnessed 100 per cent recruitment. According to the final placement report for the batch of 2021-23, recorded a rise of 10.29 per cent in the average CTC offer at INR 16.61 lakh per annum. The highest CTC offer stood at INR 32.65 lakh per annum.
Sharing excitement on the successful IIM Visakhapatnam final placement process 2023, Prof. Deepika Gupta CDS Chair said, “With the global recession being predicted, we were slightly concerned about the outcome of the placement season this year. In addition, the 2021-23 batch was unique in terms of it being freshers-packed and we speculated about being able to maintain our last year’s benchmarks. However, the batch outperformed our expectations shattering all previous placement records and provided results of 100% placements, that too earlier than last year, to our great joy.”
The IIM Visakhapatnam placements 2023 witnessed participation from 141 recruiters out of which the total number of new recruiters stood at 95. Key managerial roles were offered in Consulting, Strategy, Finance, Product Management, Analytics, Brand Management, Marketing, HR & IT etc. Sector wise, the maximum offers were made in IT & Consulting.
