UPESMET 2021 Application Process Ends Today

The application process for the UPESMET 2021 is concluding today, i.e. February 23. The exam will be conducted on a window of three days, from February 26 to February 28. Aspirants who are willing to take admission in the MBA course of UPES Dehradun need to apply for UPESMET. However, candidates who have already appeared for CAT 2020, XAT 2021, NMAT 2020, MAT 2020-21, CMAT 2020-21 or GMAT need not appear for UPESMET 2021. Here we bring to you the detailed procedure for UPESMET 2021 application.

Prior to proceeding towards filling the UPESMET 2021 application form, candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria, which are as follows:

  • Candidates should be graduates in any discipline with minimum 50 per cent marks from a recognised University

  • They should have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with minimum 50 per cent aggregate

  • Candidates in their final year of qualifying exam are also eligible for UPESMET provided they can present the passing certificate by the time of admissions

UPESMET 2021 Application Process

  • Visit the official website of UPES Dehradun

  • Click on ‘Apply Now’

  • Fill the form with personal and contact details

  • Select the programme/s (candidates can select up to two MBA programmes)

  • Candidates have to verify their mobile number by clicking the ‘Send OTP’ button

  • Pay the application fee of Rs 1,350 with PayTm (through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking) or PayU wallet

  • Enter the other details such as academic details, work experience and other required details

  • Upload photograph and signature

  • Select the time slot

Candidates will receive the confirmation through SMS and email. It will also carry the link of taking the test. As per the UPESMET exam pattern, the test will be conducted in an online proctored mode for two hours. Candidates will have to take the test between 10 am and 2 pm. UPESMET carries 140 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from four sections.

Admissions are based on CUET UG scores followed by personal interview. University accepts SAT/ IB/ CIE scores as well for admissions in courses like Economics with Data Science, Economics and Finance and Psychology and Behaviour.
