NIRF 2025 Ranking of Best MBA Colleges in Tamil Nadu
NIRF's list of top MBA colleges in India lists 12 B-schools in the state, most of which are in Chennai. Coimbatore, Tiruchirapalli (Trichy), and Madurai are the other few places. Both National Institutes of Importance - DoMS IIT Madras and IIM Trichy compete at the top and come quite close in the Teaching and Learning Resources (TLR) parameter. Though GLIM scores more in TLC than both, the Perception scores of IIT and IIM are higher. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has better Research, Professional Practice & Collaborative Performance (RPC) than IIM Trichy, and scores even better in the Outreach and Inclusion (OI) parameter than IIM and IIT. Similarly, LIBA Chennai may score much lower in the research, ie, RPC parameter, than others, but it has better Graduation Outcomes (GO) than IIT Madras.
