IIFT registration 2025 is an online process. Candidates have to register, fill the application form, pay the fees and upload documents on the exam website. Read below, step-by-step IIFT registration process:

Step 1 – IIFT Registration 2025

To begin with the online application procedure, candidates first have to register themselves on the official website

Follow the below mentioned steps to register for IIFT 2025:

• Click on 'IIFT MBA 2025-27 registration'
• Select 'new registration'

• Fill in the basic details asked in the application form and click on 'submit'

• Enter a password and choose a security question

• Note down the system generated IIFT application number

• Confirm registration with the OTP received

Step 2 – Log in and fill application form

• Use the application number to log in again to fill the remaining field

• Mention test city options, parents details, academic details, professional details, etc.

Step 3 - Upload photo, signature and certificates

For uploading the passport size photo, signature and certificates in the IIFT 2025 form, note the following:

1. The photo should be recent and in colour or black/white (clear contrast)

2. Size of the photo should be between 10 kb to 200 kb and it should be in JPG/JPEG format

3. Size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb and it should be in JPG/JPEG format

4. The category certificate (if applicable) should be uploaded in size between 50 kb to 300 kb

Step 4 – Email Verification

After you have filled the registration form, you'll be asked to review the details and verify the email ID furnished. Use the OTP sent on mobile phone number to verify your email ID.

Step 5 – Pay Application fee

Candidates have to pay the fees to complete the application process. Until the fee is paid, the IIFT registration will remain incomplete.

The IIFT-MBA application fee is to be paid at the time of form submission. The modes of fee payment are debit/credit card, net banking or e-wallets.

• Use a valid email ID and mobile phone number as all the communication regarding IIFT exam and admission will be done via phone and email.

• Make sure that no field marked ‘mandatory’ is left vacant in the IIFT registration-cum-application form.

• The IIFT form must be filled completely and correctly. Any form that contains incorrect information will be rejected.

• Upload clearly visible copies of each document along with the IIFT application form 2025.

• Before final submission of the IIFT application form, cross-check all the information.

• IIFT application process will be completed only after the application fee is paid successfully.

• Candidates can reset the password through a security question, verification code (sms) or verification link (email).

IIFT Application Form 2025: Important Instruction for PwD Category Candidates

While filling the IIFT 2025 application form, candidates belonging to the PwD category must keep in mind the following:

• The minimum degree of disability should be 40% (Benchmark Disability) to avail the reservation.
• The extent of “specified disability” in a person shall be assessed as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016).
• No change in the category will be entertained after the application form has been submitted.
• Candidates must note that the benefit of reservation will be given to them subject to verification of documents. In case of invalid or fake documents, the application will be cancelled.
