Q: Will I receive my IIFT admit card by post?

The IIFT admit card is not sent to any candidate by post. It is an online document that can be downloaded from the IIFT-NTA website when it releases. Candidates can log on to the IIFT-NTA website and download their admit cards. The IIFT admit card is available for download until the exam day but it is advised that candidates download it beforehand. The IIFT admit card is a mandatory document so candidates need to carry it on the exam day in the form of a print out. Those not carrying the IIFT admit card will be barred from taking the exam.

An OTP or a link will be shared on email or mobile phone to reset the password. Once the password has been re-set, login and download the IIFT admit card. The new password will be valid for all login purposes related to the IIFT exam going forward.

Along with the IIFT admit card and a photo ID, candidates belonging to PwD category will be required to carry PwD certificate and Scribe certificate (if required) issued by a competent authority at the exam centre. If they have any other medical condition, then they will have to present a medical certificate too attested by a government doctor and competent authority. Candidates not carrying the required documents will not be allowed to appear for the exam under any circumstances.

There is no arrangement for depositing bags and valuables at the IIFT exam centre. In case, they are carrying a bag or such item, they will have to make arrangement themselves of keeping it safe. Information related to items to carry and not carry will be mentioned in every candidate's admit card. No, the candidates cannot change their exam centres after the IIFT admit card has been released. The National Testing Agency or the NTA was the official agency for IIFT entrance exam. The NTA has been conducting the IIFT entrance exam on behalf of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trae Delhi since 2019. The NTA’s role in conducting the IIFT exam includes scheduling the exam, registration and application process, release of IIFT admit card, preparation and release of answer key, answer key objection and announcement of result. The syllabus and pattern is prescribed by the institute. NTA conducts the exam in over 60 cities across India in computer based test mode. Its role ends with announcement of the exam result, final answer key and date of number of applicants and test takers. However, the best practice is to use mental calculation for saving time as IIFT is a time bound test and you have to attempt about 100 questions in 2.5 hours.

IIFT admit card 2025 - The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi will issue the IIFT admit card, if it will conduct the entrance test. For the batch of 2024, the institute did not conduct the entrance exam and selected candidates on the basis of CAT scores.

How to Download IIFT Admit Card 2024

The IIFT admit card can be downloaded from the official website only. To download the IIFT admit card, follow the steps given below:

Click on 'Admit card for IIFT (MBA) 2025-27
You will be redirected to the login page

IIFT Exam Day Guidelines

Carry two print outs of IIFT admit card and an ID proof in original and photocopy.
Carry two passport sized photos (same as that uploaded in the application form) to paste on the attendance sheet.
PwD category candidates must carry PwD certificate issued by a competent authority.
Reach the exam centre two hours before or by the reporting time. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam premises after 9:30 AM.
Do not carry calculators, mobile phone, pager, electronic watch, printed or written material and bits of papers to the IIFT exam centre.
Candidates carrying metallic objects such as Kara and Kirpan must report their respective test centre one and half hours before the gate closing time for clearance.
