SRMJEEM syllabus is prescribed by SRM University, Chennai.  The SRMJEEM syllabus is divided into five subjects - Data Interpretation, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English and General Knowledge. The SRMJEEM question paper carries 100 MCQs in total. Every section has 20 questions. The exam is conducted in remote proctored mode for 2.5 hours. Q:   What is the SRMJEEM exam syllabus?

The syllabus of SRMJEEM exam includes all important topics of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Data Interpretation, English and GK/Current Affairs/Business Affairs. Q:   What is the duration of SRMJEEM exam?
A: 

SRMJEEM exam is conducted for 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is no sectional time limit in the exam. Candidates have to solve 100 question in the given time limit so they must make the best of allotted time to score high in the exam. Solving all 100 questions is neither mandatory nor possible, so candidates must set a target for themselves in the very beginning of the exam so that they are able to attempt a good number of questions by the end.

Q:   Is SRMJEEM also held in offline mode?
A: 

No, SRMJEEM is conducted in remote proctored online mode only. Candidates have to take the exam from home with their webcam on. Candidates require the following for taking the exam:

  • Computer - Pentium IV/Dual Core, 1GB RAM or higher, 80 GB HDD or higher, 15” colour Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Microsoft Windows 10 and above Antivirus Webcam and microphone.
  • Internet connection A stable internet connection of at least 512 KBPS (1MBPS is preferred) shall be available throughout the test.

Candidates can also use the mobile phone for taking the exam.

Q:   What is the application fee for SRMJEEM?

The application fee for SRMJEEM is INR 1,200. The application fee can be paid in online mode via debit or credit card or net banking. Candidates must note that the application fee is non-refundable and needs to be submitted before the application deadline. The SRMJEEM application form will not be submitted without fee payment.

Q:   Is there any age limit for appearing in SRMJEEM?
A: 

No, there is no age limit for applying for SRMJEEM. However, the candidates must fulfill academic eligibility criteria of completing graduation. Candidates in their final year of bachelor's degree programme are also eligible to appear in the SRMJEEM. Such candidates can apply only if they meet the minimum score requirement in their first two years.

Q:   What is the process of SRMJEEM slot booking?
A: 

To appear for SRMJEEM, candidates have to book a slot. SRMJEEM admit card will be issued only after slot booking is done. Check the steps to book SRMJEEM slot:

·       Go to candidate login window at SRMJEEM website

·       Click the slot booking button and proceed with the booking of slots

·       Select exam date and time

·       Click on save and submit

·       After that, download the admit card for SRMJEEM
