Students appearing for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination 2025 must download their admit card from the official website. They must note that without carrying CDS 1 admit card 2025 and any one photo ID proof, they will not be allowed to appear for the exam. CDS 1 Exam Day 2025 Guidelines Every Student Should Follow
Students can check key instructions to help them stay stress-free and focused on the CDS exam:
Reach CDS Exam Centre on Time
- Make sure they know their centre location in advance, donβt wait till the morning.
- Entry closes 10 minutes before the exam starts.
- Plan to arrive at least 30β45 minutes early to avoid last-minute rush.
Donβt Forget To Carry CDS 1 Admit Card
- Carry a printed copy of CDS e-admit card. No digital versions allowed.
- Double-check that all details are visible and accurate.
- Bring a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, etc.) along with the CDS admit card.
Bring Only Allowed Stationery
- Only black ballpoint pens are allowed for marking answers.
- Avoid bringing any rough sheets, notebooks, or extra papers.
No Electronic Devices Allowed
- Strictly prohibited: mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, or any digital gadgets.
- Even if switched off, carrying these items can lead to disqualification.

- The exam is conducted in offline mode using an OMR sheet.
