NDA 2 Application Form 2025: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be closing the NDA 2 application window tomorrow: June 17, 2025. Candidates can complete NDA 2 application form 2025 online at the official website till 11.59 PM. From this time, the NDA 2025 application process has been updated. The new UPSC NDA online application system now consists of four key components: Account Creation, Universal Registration, Common Application Form (CAF), and Exam Application Submission.

The candidates are required to fill out the NDA 2 application form and upload their documents in the new portal. The previous One Time Registration (OTR) system is no longer valid and will not be used for the NDA 2025 application process.

How to Fill NDA 2 Application Form 2025?

Candidates must be aware of the revised NDA 2 application process. Those who are yet to apply must fill up the NDA 2 application form 2025 by following the steps given below:

• Visit the official UPSC Online Application Portal.
• Click on the “Account Creation” link to register on the portal.
• Verify email ID and mobile number using the OTP sent to both.
• Log in using one of the following combinations:
  • Mobile number and OTP
  • Universal Registration Number (URN) and password
  • Email ID and password
• Generate Universal Registration Number (URN) after logging in.
• Fill out the NDA 2 Common Application Form (CAF).
• Select and apply for the NDA & NA examination through the portal.

The NDA application fee is INR 100 and can be paid using Visa, MasterCard, or RuPay credit or debit cards, through UPI, or via internet banking from any bank. Candidates belonging to the SC or ST categories, female candidates, and the wards of JCOs, NCOs, and ORs are exempted from paying the fee.
