REET 2025 Result: Normalisation Formula
Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan normalises the results to avoid the variability raised in the results during the multiple shift exam process. The normalisation process makes it simpler to fetch the result which evaluates the performance of the appeared candidates in the REET 2025 exam. The normalisation formula is given below for the REET 2025 exam:
Sij = µ + ((Xij - µi)/ σi) * σ
Where,
Sij = Scaled Marks of jth candidate in ith shift
µ = Mean of raw score of third shift
Xij = Raw marks of jth candidate in ith shift
µi = Mean of raw scores of ith shift
σi = Standard Deviation of raw scores of ith shift
σ = Standard deviation of raw scores of third shift

All REET-qualified candidates are provided with an eligibility certificate, which is now valid for a lifetime. Candidates must hold the REET certificate to apply for teacher vacancies in the state. Candidates must note that merely qualifying the REET examination does not ensure any job. Candidates need to apply for teaching jobs in various government, private, or public sector schools in Rajasthan. The purpose of the REET certificate is to serve as a testament to the eligibility of the candidates to be recruited as teachers at primary and upper primary levels.
