REET Main Result 2023: The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB), Jaipur released the REET Level 2 recruitment exam final result on September 15, 2023, for the recruitment of upper primary teachers. The final result was released after the document verification of the candidates qualified for the REET level 2 written exam. 

REET result 2023 for the teacher eligibility test will be released by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) after the conduction of the exam. Candidates will be able to check their REET final answer key and results using the login details on the link activated by the RBSE. The REET 2023 result will be released as a scorecard containing the marks obtained by candidates in the exam. Candidates can download the result from the official website as a PDF. Q:   When will the REET Level 2 final result be released?

A:

The REET Level 2 final result was released for all the subjects on September 15, 2023, on the official website. The REET level 2 result is released on the official website of Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur as a PDF that comprises the roll numbers of the qualified candidates and cut off marks for the REET level 2 exam. Q:   What is the minimum qualifying percentage for REET?

A:
Candidates must score 60 per cent or above in the REET examination to be considered as TET qualified. The qualifying per cent for the other categories has been given below for the candidates: a) OBC- 55 per cent b) SC: 55 per cent c) ST: 36 per cent d) Women and Ex-Servicemen: 50 per cent e) PwD: 40 per cent f) Saharia Janjati: 36 per cent NCTE Guidelines for TET Qualifying Marks (For all TET exams across India) A person who scores 60 per cent or more in the TET exam will be considered TET pass. School Management (Government, local bodies, government aided and unaided) a) May consider giving concession to a person belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently abled person, etc., in accordance with their extant reservation policy b) should give weightage to the TET scores in the recruitment process, however qualifying TET would not confer a right of recruitment/employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.

Q:   Can I get a teaching job after qualifying for the REET exam?

A:
No, you will not get a teaching job after qualifying the REET exam as it is only a eligibility exam taken to determine the eligibility of the applicants to teach in primary and upper primary classes. To ensure the job as a teacher in the schools of Rajasthan the candidates have to take the teachers recruitment exam conducted by the Rajasthan government or take the interviews by the schools (Government aided, unaided, private schools) NCTE guidelines for TET jobs (9b) A person who scores 60 per cent or more will be considered TET pass. School Management (government schools, local bodies, aided, unaided) should give weightage to the TET scores in the recruitment process. Q:   What is the weightage of REET scores in Teacher Recruitment Exam?

A:
REET Certificate weightage has been increased in the recruitment process of primary and upper primary teachers in the schools of Rajasthan by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan. The ratio of the scores in the REET exam to scores in the board and graduation is 9:1. Earlier, this ratio was 7:1. According to BSER, the educational scores in board and graduation will constitute 10 per cent and the scores earned in the REET exam will constitute 90 per cent of the weightage.

The REET main result is released by the RSMSSB (Department of Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board, Jaipur. Earlier, the REET main exam for the recruitment for teachers was conducted by Elementary Education Department Rajasthan, Bikaner which was discontinued by the Rajasthan Government and the all the rights for the recruitment exam has been given to RSMSSB, Jaipur.

REET Result 2023: Steps to Submit Grievance against Scorecard

If a candidate finds his or her REET scorecard as faulty or incorrect, he or she can submit a grievance against the same. The process to submit the grievance is shared below:

REET 2023 Normalisation Formula

Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan normalises the results to avoid the variability raised in the results during the multiple shift exam process. The normalisation process makes it simpler to fetch the result which evaluates the performance of the appeared candidates in the REET 2023 exam. The normalisation formula is given below for the REET 2023 exam

Sij = µ + ((Xij - µi)/ σi) * σ  

Where, 

Sij = Scaled Marks of jth candidate in ith shift 

µ = Mean of raw score of third shift 

Xij = Raw marks of jth candidate in ith shift 

µi = Mean of raw scores of ith shift 

σi = Standard Deviation of raw scores of ith shift 

σ = Standard deviation of raw scores of third shift 

REET Answer Key 2023

The final answer key is released after the release of the provisional key and the scrutiny of the objections made by the candidates. The objection window is activated after the release of the provisional answer key and response sheet. The candidates can analyse their performance by comparing their response sheets with the provisional answer key. Candidates have to submit their objections with valid proof or the BSER will not accept the objections. The proof must be taken from books approved by BSER. A:
The candidate can calculate the REET exam marks by following the steps given below from the REET answer key. The candidates need to go through the REET exam pattern to understand the REET exam structure in detail: a) Count all the correct answers and give +1 mark for each, do the total of the obtained correct answers b) No negative will be given for incorrect answers as there are no negative marking scheme in the REET exam c) The total correct answers total will be the score of REET exam.

A:
No, there is no provision of re evaluation after the release of the results. The candidates are allowed to raise objections after the release of the provisional answer key through the help of answer key objection tracker. However, in case of any discrepancy is found in the final result the then candidates can contact the conducting authority to make changes in the final result. REET Certificate 2023: Validity

All REET-qualified candidates are provided with an eligibility certificate which is now valid for a lifetime. It is compulsory for candidates to hold the REET certificate to apply for teacher vacancies in the state. Candidates must note that merely qualifying the REET 2023 examination does not ensure any job. Candidates need to apply for teaching jobs in various government, private, or public sector schools in Rajasthan. The purpose of the REET certificate is to serve as a testament to the eligibility of the candidates to be recruited as teachers at primary and upper primary levels.

Q:   What is the validity of REET certificate?

A:
The REET Certificate was earlier valid for three years. The Rajasthan Cabinet led by CM Ashok Gehlot on March 12, 2022 extended the REET Certificate validity from three years to a lifetime according to the new guidelines of NCTE. Though the REET Certificate is valid for lifetime, the candidates are allowed to take the REET exam to upgrade their scores. The REET exam is taken every year for the candidates to become eligible for teaching or upgrade their scores. After qualifying for the REET exam the candidates will become eligible for the recruitment exam.

The REET-qualified candidates will not get jobs directly. Candidates need to apply for teaching jobs in various schools of Rajasthan through the eligibility criteria to get the posting
