SSC Application Form 2025: The Staff Selection Commission will be closing the application for SSC Stenographer and SSC JHT recruitment exams today, June 26, 2025. The SSC Stenographer & JHT registration process consists of two parts: Part-I (One-Time Registration) and Part-II (Application Form Submission). The SSC application fee is INR 100 for General and OBC candidates, while SC, ST, women, and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates are exempt from paying the fee.

Once the SSC registration window for Stenographer and JHT closes, the application correction facility will be given to the registered candidates. The SSC 2025 application correction window for Stenographer and JHT will be available from July 1 to 2, 2025. Candidates can make corrections in the filled application form by visiting the official website.

Documents Required To Apply for SSC Stenographer & JHT Recruitment 2025?

While filling up the application form of SSC Steno and SSC JHT 2025, candidates must keep the below-mentioned documents ready with themselves:

• A mobile number (to be verified via OTP)
• A valid email ID (to be verified via OTP)
• Aadhaar Number or Aadhaar Enrollment Number
• Details of Class 10 Board, Roll Number, and Year of Passing
• Scanned photograph
• Scanned signature
• If Aadhaar is not available, a Left-Hand Thumb Impression (LTI) must be uploaded
• Disability Certificate (if applicable)

How to apply for SSC Stenographer and JHT Recruitment 2025?

The application form of SSC Steno and JHT can be filled in two parts. Candidates can go through the steps given below to know how to apply for SSC Stenographer and JHT:

Part I: One-Time Registration

• Click on ‘Register Now’ in the login section at ssc.gov.in
• Enter basic, additional, and contact details including Aadhaar/ID info, Class 10 details, and highest qualification, and upload photo and signature
• Provide a valid mobile number and email ID for OTP verification
• Upon confirmation, a registration number and password will be sent
• Log in to complete the remaining details and submit using OTPs
• Accept the declaration and click ‘I Agree’ to finish registration

Part II: Filling the Application Form

• Log in using registration number and password
• Click ‘Apply’ under the ‘Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination 2025’ OR 'JHT' section
• Choose three exam centres, select exam medium, and preferred post
• Agree to the declaration and proceed to payment
• Pay application fee via UPI, Net Banking, cards, or in cash
• Submit the form and take a printout
