SSC Stenographer 2025: Result OUT, Cut off, Score Card, Answer Key, Skill Test Dates

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released SSC Stenographer 2025 result on its central portal. The Commission also released SSC Stenographer 2025 Cutoff separately for Grade 'C' and 'D' posts. The Commission is expected to release SSC Stenographer 2025 Scorecard soon on its portal. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) exam was conducted on August 6, 7 & 8, 2025. SSC Stenographer 2025

SSC Stenographer Result Released at ssc.gov.in: The Staff Selection Commission conducted the SSC Stenographer exam from August 6 to 8 at the designated exam centres. The Commission conducted the exam as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The Commission released the SSC Stenographer result on its portal - ssc.gov.in. The Commission also released the SSC Stenographer 2025 Cutoff with the result. The candidates should note that there are only 241 vacancies in the SSC Stenographer exam and the candidates are selected according to the vacancies. The Commission is expected to release the SSC Stenographer CBT Scorecard, Final Answer Key and Skill test dates soon.

• To begin with filling the SSC Stenographer Apply Online 2025, candidate needs to provide basic details of themselves such as name, parents' name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number etc
• Submit the SSC Stenographer registration form.
• Before final submission, candidates must verify their details. All the candidates will be issued a Registration ID.

SSC Stenographer Educational Qualification

The minimum Educational Qualification required by a candidate for SSC Stenographer exam is Class 12^th pass.

SSC Stenographer 2025 Selection Process

SSC Stenographer exam is conducted in two stages-CBT and skill test. Candidates qualifying the CBT are called for Skill Test. Final selection is done based on CBT and skill test.

SSC Stenographer 2025 Exam Pattern

SSC Stenographer exam is conducted in two levels-CBT and Skill Test. The CBT of SSC Stenographer comprises three sections Feneral Awareness, General Intelligence and Reasoning, English Language and Comprehension, The total marks allotted to the CBT are 200. The exam is conducted in computer-based mode for two hours. The question paper carries objective type multiple choice questions. Questions will be set in Hindi and English except for Part III. There is a negative marking for wrong answers.SSC Stenographer exam pattern is given below.

The minimum percentage of marks for qualifying in the SSC Stenographer Computer Based Examination will be as under:

Unreserved Category: 30%

OBC/EWS: 25%

All Other Categories: 20%

SSC Stenographer Skill Test

The Skill Test is qualifying in nature and the Commission will fix the qualifying standards in the Skill Test for different categories of candidates. In the skill test, candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English/ Hindi at the speed of 100 words per minute (w.p.m) for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and 80 w.p.m. for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’. The matter will have to be transcribed on a computer. The skill test will be held at the Commission’s Regional/ Sub Regional Offices or at other Centre(s) as may be decided by the Commission.
