The NDA 2025 application process can be completed in four stages: Account Creation, Universal Registration, Common Application Form, and Applying for Various Exams. The NDA 2 Common Application Form is now universal for all UPSC exams and can be filled out at any time. • Visit the official UPSC Online Application Portal.
• Click on "Account Creation" to register on the portal.
• Verify email ID and mobile number using the OTPs sent to both.
• Log in using any one of the following methods: Mobile number and OTP or Universal Registration Number (URN) and password or Email ID and password.
• Generate Universal Registration Number (URN) after successful login.
• Complete the Common Application Form (CAF) for NDA 2.
• Select and apply for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy (NDA & NA) Examination through the portal.

How to Generate URN to fill up the NDA 2 Application Form 2025?

The Universal Registration Number (URN) is a mandatory part of the NDA 2 application process. Follow the steps below to generate URN:

• Visit the official UPSC Online Application Portal.
• On the homepage, click the link for “Universal Registration.”
• Read the instructions carefully before starting the registration process.
• Enter personal details, including: Aadhaar Number or Matriculation Roll Number.
• They may edit all three profile sections (Personal, Identification, and Contact Information) any number of times before URN generation.
• Once they've verified all information, click the ‘Lock and Submit’ button to complete the Universal Registration process.
• Upon submission, the URN will be generated.
• No further edits can be made to your profile once the URN is created.
