UPSC NDA 2025 Notification To Be Released Today
UPSC NDA 2 Notification: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will shortly release the notification for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination 2, 2025 today: May 28. Candidates can download the NDA 2 notification pdf online at its official website: upsc.gov.in. Along with the notification, NDA application form will also be released. They can fill up the NDA 2 application form 2025 till June 17.
Candidates applying for NDA 2 must ensure they have scanned images of their photograph and signature, a photo identity card in PDF format or any other valid ID issued by the State or Central Government and the marksheets and admit cards of both Class 10 and Class 12 ready before beginning the NDA 2 application process. The NDA II written examination is slated to be conducted on September 14, 2025.

Who is eligible to apply for NDA 2 2025?
Eligibility for the NDA 2 exam is determined based on several criteria, including age, educational qualifications, nationality, and physical standards.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens or meet the nationality criteria specified in the official notification.
- Both male and female candidates who are unmarried and aged between 16.5 and 19.5 years are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must meet the prescribed physical and medical standards set by the National Defence Academy.
- Candidates currently appearing for Class 12 under the 10+2 system or an equivalent examination are also eligible to apply.
- For the Indian Army, candidates must have completed Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognized board.
- For the Indian Navy and Air Force, candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects from a recognized board or university.

NDA 2 application form 2025 was released on May 28, 2025. The last date to fill the application form has been extended to June 20, 2025. Earlier, the last date to fill the application form was June17, 2025. To apply for NDA 2 2025 exam, candidates need to first register themselves with UPSC. This is a one-time registration process and the credentials are applicable for all the exams. After that candidates can fill the detailed application form.
One time registration is mandatory to fill NDA application form. The steps to complete one time registration are given below:
- Visit the official website of UPSC
- Register through OTR portal by clicking ‘New Registration’ button
- After registration, candidates have to login with the email ID/mobile number/OTR ID) to verify the already registered OTR application
- Go to the ‘Latest Notification’ tab in the OTR application
- Apply for desired exam
