RBI Grade B 2021 Phase-II Paper Analysis
The Phase-II exam comprises three papers –I, II and III. Paper I and III comprised both objective and descriptive type questions while Paper II comprised descriptive test only. The duration of Paper I and III was 120 minutes (30 minutes for the objective test and 90 minutes for the descriptive test) while Paper-II was held for 90 minutes. The structure of the exam pattern is given below.

Rockie said, “The overall papers of RBI Grade B 2021 Phase-II were easy. It was easy compared to last year. Questions in Paper-III were asked on Basel norms.
Arpit said, “The paper was easy compared to last year. This year there were both descriptive and objective type questions in Paper I and III. The objective test of Paper I and III carried a total of 30 questions. Some questions carried two marks while some carried one mark. The Descriptive paper of Paper I and III comprised six questions, out of which candidates had to attempt four questions. Two questions were of 15 marks while two were of 10 marks.”
Anuj said, "The paper was good. Economics was difficult where Finance was easy. The objective questions in Economics were tough whereas the subjective portion was easy. There were no factual based questions whereas it was passage-based. Questions asked in English were easy."
Piyush said, "The paper that was held in the morning was easy. The paper held in the afternoon was a bit difficult. The Economics was tough, basically the descriptive paper was tough. One question in the descriptive paper was asked about change in the globalisation due to the financial crisis. The English was simple, questions were asked from precis, reading comprehension, etc. There were five questions in reading comprehension."

What after RBI Grade B 2021 Phase-II exam?
Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Candidates are required to appear for Psychometric Test before appearing in the interview. There are no marks for this test and it will not be considered for final selection. The interview carries 75 marks.
