The required documents during the B.E. / B.Tech application process at Cape Institute of Technology include:-
1. Class 10 & 12 Marksheets
2. Allotment letter for TNEA Counseling.
3. Proof of Identity:- A government-issued ID as an Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport.
4. Caste Certificate (if applicable): A Valid caste certificate application for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) has to be provided.
5. Domicile Certificate.
6. Passport size Pictures:- Generally, 2-4 recent passport-sized images are needed to fulfill the application form.

VIT Chennai BTech admission process is incomplete without physical verification of the documents required to establish the eligibility of a candidate.
