MAH BEd CET Syllabus 2026: The State Common Entrance Test has prescribed the MAH BEd Syllabus 2026 alongside the commenced of the registration process for BEd (General & Special) and BEd ELCT course. What is the syllabus of BEd CET?

The MAH BEd CET 2026 exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark, to be completed within 60 minutes. The test does not include any subjective or descriptive questions. The content of this test aims to judge your reasoning power It also helps to judge how accurate you can think. This test will contain questions based on Series, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Relationship, Analogies, Classification, Problems on Dice, etc., either in Verbal or Non-Verbal form. This covers 40% of the MAH BEd CET paper.

Candidates who wish to get admission to English Medium Colleges of Education will have to appear and qualify the MAH BEd CET ELCT 2026.

The ELCT (English Language Content Test) syllabus focuses on English skills: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, Sentence Structure, Phonetics, and Idioms/Proverbs, both testing objective-type questions with no negative marking for admission to BEd courses in Maharashtra. 

Special Note:- The candidate will have to opt for ELCT CET while filling in the form and confirm before submitting the form. No request post submission in this regard will be entertained at later point or at the centre. ELCT CET will also be conducted in On Line Mode along with BEd CET in the same session. No request for adding ELCT option after the final submission of CET application form will be entertained.
