MAH BEd CET 2026: Application last date for MAH BEd 2026 exam has been extended to February 13. The exam dates are out. MAH BEd CET 2026 exam will be conducted between March 27 and March 29, 2026. Students who have not applied for MAH BEd CET yet can apply now at cetcell.mahacet.org.

Purpose of MAH BEd CET 2026

The MAH BEd CET 2026 is conducted to assess the teaching aptitude and preparedness of candidates who wish to pursue a B.Ed. program. This entrance exam is accepted by various government colleges across Maharashtra.

It evaluates candidates on key areas such as mental ability, teaching aptitude, general awareness, and language skills. The exam ensures that only capable and deserving candidates secure admission to teacher training programs, helping maintain high educational standards and preparing skilled educators for the state’s future.

MAH BEd CET 2026 Eligibility

Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will be able to do the MAH BEd CET 2026 registration. Candidates having Indian Nationality with a domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra can apply. Candidates outside of Maharashtra should have a Birth certificate issued by the respective State Government. 

As per the minimum education qualification, candidates must have qualified class 12th or Graduation from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks.  There is no upper age limit to apply or appear for the MAH BEd CET Exam 2026 but the candidates must not be younger than 19 years. MAH BEd CET 2026 Exam Pattern

To qualify for the MAH BEd CET exam, students must go through MAH BEd CET 2026 exam pattern in detail to understand the sections, topics, and marking scheme of the exam. 

• The questions in the MAH BEd CET 2026 exam are from three sections - General Knowledge, Mental Ability, and Teaching Aptitude.
• The test will have 100 questions of 1 mark each, totalling 100 marks.
