AKTU BArch Eligibility & Highlights 2024
BArch is a five-year course offered by AKTU and admissions to this course at AKTU are based on NATA scores. There is no upper age limit but candidates need to be at least 16 years of age as of December 31 of the current academic year to pursue this course. AKTU offers a full-time DPharm through City Group of College, which is a college affiliated to AKTU. The college offers a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy for candidates who have passed Class 12 in the stream of Science. Admission to the programme is granted based on the applicants' merit in Class 12, subject to fulfiment of the eligibility criteria and availability of seats. AKTU is a state-level, public collegiate university. Formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), it is a University of National Importance, specially for the UG and PG courses offered in the field of Engineering and Science. AKTU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Coming to the AKTU placements, the university has not released the placement report for the year 2023. However, as per media reports, 1,531 students were selected in TCS. A total of 318 students were placed with a package of INR 7.60 LPA in TCS Digital and rest 1,213 students were placed with a package of INR 3.60 LPA in TCS Ninja during AKTU placement 2023.

AKTU releases cutoff through its affiliated colleges. At 15000 score, it is possible to get admission to a few colleges including R. D. Engineering College Technical Campus, for which the last round closing score was 16842 for the General AI category candidates. Yes, candidates seeking admission to DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University undergraduate and postgraduate courses must have appeared for the CUET-UG and CUET-PG entrance exams, respectively. AKTU will not admit students who do not a valid CUET score. NTA usually releases CUET result in July. CUET UG Counselling is held and conducted separately by the participating institutes. CUET UG Counselling is usually held between Jul and Aug.
DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University is expected to conduct a total of six rounds for CUET-UG-qualified candidates. However, the cutoff rounds are conducted as per seat availability. AKTU offers various UG and PG courses based on IPU CET exam through its affiliated colleges. In connection to it, the university has released the cutoff for various All India and Home State quotas. Further, as per the AKTU cutoff 2024, the last-round stood between 151726 and 154086 for the General AI category candidates. The colleges affiliated to AKTU accepts IPUCET exam for admission to UG and PG courses. The basic criteria to get into AKTU through IPUCET exam is to have a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in class 12 and for PG courses, the minimum aggregate 50% marks in Bachelor's Degree. No, Faculty of Architecture and Planning AKTU does have an offline mode of application with the only mode to apply being online. Students are able to apply through the institute page as long as they complete the eligibility as set by the institute.
