Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University offers full-time Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) courses through its affiliated colleges. A good college for making a future in a particular field.

Placements: About 4 to 5 companies come for placement in the college. Only 10% students get placements from the college. Top recruitment companies are TCS, Jaro Education, and Hireyy. Hike education roles offered are Sales executive, business assistant executive and related to sales.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. All teachers are PhD qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is also good, yes, because commerce students can easily relate to all subjects in this course, and this subject also gives knowledge to students. The faculty of our department is good, but some are not. But all the faculty members of our department are PhD, no teacher can be appointed without Ph.D. degree, and the behaviour of the teachers is also good, the teaching methods are also good, and experienced teachers are appointed.

Other: Because it's an honours course, a specialised subject is added in which a student can choose a subject and do their specialisation in a particular subject, like finance or banking.

Faculty members are so good. There are also good placement and facilities.

Placements: Students' placements from Institute of Information Management and Technology B.Com are not so good nor so bad. But as a fresher, they received a well placement. After that, they gain a better position. Approximately 70 to 80% of students got internships. From my course, CA is the top role.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, classrooms, and library are okay. But there are no labs. But there are so many Wi-Fi facilities in different places and for different purposes. Library is so big, and it is also well arranged. Librarian also provide library books for home also.

Faculty: Faculty members are so good and responsible. They are very good at behaviour with students. Faculty members taught so many things to the students for better understanding. So that students understand every single thing properly. They can solve every problem.

Other: Events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities, etc., also occurred but not much. These curricular activities have to be done in a limited amount.

Placements: In SMS Lucknow, in the S B.Com programme, around 10% of students get placed. The highest package is approximately 1.4-5.5 LPA, the average is 2 LPA, and the lowest is around 1.4 LPA. Companies like HCL, TCS, Godrej, Bandhan Bank, and Bajaj offer roles such as sales/relationship manager, and around 25% of students secure internships with a stipend of 6,000.

Infrastructure: SMS Lucknow offers facilities like Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, a well-stocked library, and computer labs for B.Com students. The hostel has basic amenities, decent room quality, a mess serving average food, a canteen, basic medical aid, and provisions for indoor and outdoor sports.

Faculty: The faculty at SMS Lucknow for B.Com is generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with satisfactory teaching quality. The curriculum is basic and moderately relevant to industry needs, while semester exams are of average difficulty with a high pass percentage.

Other: I chose the B.Com course at SMS Lucknow to build a strong foundation in commerce and management for future career opportunities. The best part is the supportive faculty and decent campus facilities, but industry exposure and placement opportunities could be improved. The campus hosts occasional events and fests, has a friendly crowd, good connectivity, and offers scholarships along with extracurricular activities.

Faculty was very supportive, and placements are the best. Facilities are very good.

Placements: Percentage of students placed in my course is 90%, with the highest package being 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Samsung, ITI, and some private banks, where 80% of students got internships, and the top roles offered are sales, marketing, and manager.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are excellent for my course, including Wi-Fi, neat classrooms, a hostel canteen that serves tasty food with a hygienic mess, medical facilities, and sports and games facilities, while my course gave me a lot of knowledge and good professors.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in every way. Their teaching quality is best, and they are very knowledgeable. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry ready. Semester exams are easy to pass in this college, and the pass percentage is 35%.

Infrastructure: IMRT Business School has a lush green campus with a strong infrastructure. It provides Wi-Fi, a library, labs, and classrooms with air-conditioning and better seats. It also provides smart classrooms for every course. It provides a huge auditorium for all events and activities for students' curriculum.

Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and helpful. They guide very well not only for academics but also for career growth and life lessons. They are well-qualified with degrees. Placements: I am pursuing B.Com from 2024 to 2027. Placement in our course is average, but it helps students become job-ready in the commerce and finance field. College provides basic training and support. The average placement package offered is between 4 LPA to 5 LPA in top companies.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities for students. Classrooms are clean and spacious. The library has a decent collection of books. Wi-Fi is available on campus, but the speed is average. Every week, one day is fixed for student presentations, which helps improve confidence. The canteen food is okay. Medical facilities are available for basic needs. Sports and games are organized from time to time, but more regular activities would be better. Overall, infrastructure is good but can be improved with more practical labs and better Wi-Fi connectivity.

Faculty: Teachers in my college are very talented and experienced. They explain every topic clearly and make learning easy for students. They are always ready to help and guide us in our studies and careers. Their teaching style is simple and effective, which helps us understand even difficult topics easily.

Other: My college, GN Group of Institutions, Greater Noida has a decent infrastructure with all the basic facilities like classrooms, library, computer lab, and canteen. The environment is disciplined and peaceful, which is good for studying. Faculty members are supportive, and most of them explain topics in an easy way. Still, placement opportunities are limited, and more focus is needed on skill development and practical learning. Campus is well-connected to nearby metro stations and transport facilities. Overall, the college is good for education, but there is scope for improvement in training, events, and student activities.
