Great experience learning german at AMU.

Placements: Amu B.A. hons German language had 65% placements, Average package was around 4.3LPA, High 7LPA, low 3.2LPA. Notable recruiters: Language institutes, cultural centers. Few students got internships at Goethe-Institute, Language schools. Key roles: Language specials, Translator.

Infrastructure: The department of Foreign Language is very beautiful and offers good facilities like wi-fi, air-conditioned classrooms, and a seminar library for students. The hostel facility is basic for students and mess food is decent I eat from outside or order sometimes. Medical facility is available for students. Sports facilities are available along with games.

Faculty: The teachers at department of foreign languages are really talented and knowledgeable as they have studied from universities outside India and have good knowledge about Germany and its culture. The curriculum is relevant and also focuses on speaking skills to make students industry ready. Semester exams are really easy if you practice the language.
