 5147+ patents have been filed since its establishment in 2012, Chandigarh University stands as the No.1 University in filing patents.  Chandigarh University holds the top position in research publications, with over 20,000 total publications, as per Scopus. Chandigarh University tops the list with 32+ Centers of Excellence (COE), 60 Research Centers (67 Funded Projects Ongoing), and 15 Crores Annual Research Budget.

 

Chandigarh University has more than 250 research collaborations with top-ranked universities in more than 60 countries. The university also leaves no stone unturned in providing its faculty, alumni, and students with the support and resources needed to launch their ventures. Also, Dr. Deepak Kukkar (Professor, UCRD), author of 75 research articles with key contributions in Biosensing of CKD Biomarkers & Environmental Pollutants; Prof. Kaushik (Professor, UCRD), who has written 240+ research articles with key contributions in Nanofabrication, Bio-inspired Materials, and Green Nanotechnology; Dr. Atul Kabra (Associate Professor, UIPS), who has published 90+ research publications with key contributions on pharmacology, focusing on neurodegenerative diseases & herbal drug development; and Dr. Hitesh K.
