According to the official Assam University, Silchar website, the MBA programme is offered in various specializations by the faculty. Students would be required to pay an amount of INR 81,320 for the 1st year. Further, the 2nd year charges would amount to approximately INR 78,120. This includes various components like tuition fees, library fee, course fee, caution money, etc. Students can choose to opt for the various valubale scholarship initatives provided by Assam University, Silchar.

Currently, NIRF has not given any rank to Assam University for the MBA course. But as per the ranks from NIRF, it can be seen that in the 'University' category, the institute gets the rank #101. 

Additionally, the MBA course at Assam University has been ranked by 'The Times' in 2022; it has been seen that in the management course, the university has been ranked 125.

If a student is weak in a particular subject, they can't use the time as per their need. CAT's Reading Comprehension passages are long and dense unlike other MBA exams. This is one more reason why most candidates feel CAT is tougher than any other MBA entrance exam.
