Yes, IIITM Gwalior does offer stipends to M.Tech students. This is a four-semester programme ideally completed in two years. Candidates pursuing an M.Tech degree are entitled to a monthly stipend of INR 12,400 as per Ministry of Education, Govt. of India norms and subject to fulfilling academic requirements as set by ABV-IIITM from time to time. Hence, candidates can get the stipend by pursuing M.Tech courses, but they need to qualify for certain eligibility criteria to receive the allocated amount.

IIITM Gwalior cutoff for M.Tech course is based on GATE scores followed by the CCMT Counselling, which was concluded with Round 6.  According to the IIITM Gwalior cutoff for Round 6 in 2023, the closing scores for all M.Tech specialisations ranged from 393 to 350. M.Tech. in Cyber Security and Cyber laws closed at 374, followed by M.Tech. in Wireless Networking and Computing with closing score of 359 and M.Tech. in VLSI and Embedded Systems with 350.
