Review of National Institute of Technology, Raipur.

Placements: The average CTC offered in our college is 9.7 LPA as of 2021. More than 90 companies visited our college during placements. Students in our college had placements in top companies like Amazon and Infosys. The highest salary package offered in 2021 was 55 LPA. More than 5 students were offered a salary package of 32 LPA.

Infrastructure: The library facility in our college is well managed and maintained. You have to comprise with hostel food. The Wi-Fi connection in the boys' hostel is poor. The classrooms are clean and hygienic. We have an amul parlour that is available on campus. There is a cafe coffee day available on campus. A dispensary is also available on the campus itself.

Faculty: Our college was ranked 64 in NIRF in 2021. Teachers in our college are very helpful and understanding. Teachers are always ready to help in different fields to progress. The passing percentage of students is decent. Our college has different events like avartan, samar, and ecleeclectika that are held.

Overall, our college is good, and I will give a rating of 7 stars out of 10 stars for it.

Placements: As of now, out of 20 students, about 3 students from our course got placed. As of now, the highest salary package offered was 9 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 7.3 LPA. The average salary package offered was 8 LPA. These details are based on students who got placed. However, as of now, the top recruiters for our course are Oracle and Code Nation. Oracle offered a salary package of 12 LPA, while Code Nation offered 31 LPA. Paytm, Oracle, Amazon and Code Nation are the top companies which offered a salary package of more than 10 LPA. About 25% of the students from M.Tech are offered internships from companies like MAQ, Amdocs and some startups.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for the IT department are top-notch except for the classroom of M.Tech, which is just above average. I think it is not yet renovated now. The food served in the hostel is average, and the facilities are also average. However, medical facilities are good, and a sports meet is organised every year.

Faculty: This institute mainly focuses on research, so if you want to learn coding and new technologies, you should learn on your own. If you want to pursue a PhD after M.Tech, you will surely get benefit from the curriculum of information technology.

Other: Every year our college organises 2 fests and a lot of events. Our college also provides a lot of scholarships for students, and you can check them on our college website.
