Azim Premji University Bangalore Course Admission 2025: Last date, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoffs, Application Process

Azim Premji university is a non profit privately owned university which provides premium quality education and other facilities. Fees structure of the Azim Premji university is actually expensive but financial assistance is provided to the meritorious students on the basis of their family income. APU Bangalore BSc admissions are based on JEE Main,  CUET,  SAT India and Azim Premji University National Entrance Test  (university-in-house-entrance exam), followed by PI. The total fees of BSc courses at Azim Premji University include several components, such as tuition fees, hostel fees, application fees, mess charges and various other one-time charges. The total tuition fee for a four-year undergraduate course is INR 13.13 lakh. The hostel fee of the course is INR 5.6 lakh (in the number of hostel fees, mes-charges are included). The application fee for BSc courses at APU is INR 500. The one-time charges include several components, such as registration fees, security deposits, etc.

The university offers scholarships for the UG programme. Students can check the documents required for scholarships:

• Valid income certificate (In case the family income is less than INR 2.5 lakhs) from the competent statutory authority.
• Last three years’ Income Tax Returns (ITR) (In case the income of the family member is more than INR 2.5 lakhs).
• Audited Profit and Loss account statements for the last three years. (If the member is self-employed).
• Other document requirements such as Salary slip, Form 16 issued by the employer, medical documents, siblings’ fee receipts etc.

Azim Premji University offers BA courses for four years. Further, divided into eight semesters, the university offers six specialisations in BA courses, namely-  BA in Economics, BA in English, BA in History, BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, BA in Philosophy, and BA in Social Science. To get admission into these courses, candidates must complete their Class 12 from the relevant stream and must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, candidates must have appeared and secured relevant scores in any of the entrance exams- CUET/ SAT/ in-house entrance exam.
