Kristu Jayanti College Review.
Placements: Many students who completed Bachelors were given opportunities to be placed in companies that provided upto 4 to 5LPA max. They are placed in different sectors which are not actually related to our course but its good that they are getting paid.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. The vibe is good and its actually a motivation to come to college. Everyone who works there is friendly and the campus is very green. Filled with trees and buses which are very well maintained everyday.
Faculty: The semesters are actually filled with good subjects and modules. They teach you pretty well. The teachers are actually good and they provide good amount of PPTs and PDFs to study and learn and most of the time they conduct classes and do not waste time like other colleges.
Other: I actually love that there are many clubs and activities that you can participate in. There is very little time to waste.

Great learning environment with supportive faculty and strong industry exposure.
Placements: Placements are decent. Several companies visiting for roles in Marketing, Finance, HR, and Sales. Average packages are moderate. Internships are available for most students. Overall, placements are good for students who actively participate, but there is still scope for improvement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is decent and meets the basic requirements for MBA students. The classrooms are clean and equipped with projectors. Wi-Fi is available most of the time. The library has good study material but can be improved with more peaceful space.
Faculty: Faculty is very supportive and explains concepts clearly. The curriculum is relevant and helps in building practical knowledge through presentations and case studies, which makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are moderate and can be cleared with regular preparation.
Other: I chose this course for better exposure and learning opportunities. The events and activities on campus are good. The environment is friendly. However, connectivity and some facilities can be improved for a better student experience.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2021
Offered by Jyoti Nivas College

2Placements3Infrastructure2Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life2Value for Money
Well known institution and not fulfilling the standards in this era
Placements: The approachability of various companies on campus for on-campus recruitment was restricted to only the companies with a package greater than three or above LPAs. This reduces the complexity in the count by lowering the placement records. Only 32 to 40 percent of companies arrived for our department, which was most disappointing.
Infrastructure: The college was ranked in a good position. They had received a lot of appraisals and trophies from various college events. Access to sources like Wi-Fi facilities and others is limited to students. The libraries are not maintained properly, and it was difficult to find required books immediately due to the lack of maintenance.
Faculty: Teachers were highly disappointed that they simply obey the order made by the departmental authorities. Teachers manifest negative thoughts into the students and make them believe it undoubtedly. This trend had led to an increase in scoring lower marks in main examinations.

The course of Biotechnology
Placements: Students were hired for different roles such as in the area of pharmaceutical, searching, consulting, and other life science organisations in companies like Syngene, Science BioAlp Consulting, and Proclinical, with the package starting from 3 LPA and extending up to 7 LPA based on individual performance.
Infrastructure: College with mid-level facilities, opportunities for visiting any industrial experiences were not possible in our college throughout the whole course period. Controlling the crowd within the campus was not possible due to unlimited number of admissions in the speaking time of the college.
Faculty: If faculty members dislike any of the students’ activities or behaviour, they were much more adamant in punishing the students. The subject syllabus was so higher and all the content was integrated without knowing it from my basics, it’s challenging to pass the course.

Good, my end opinion is good.
Placements: Placement is good, as mentioned in the college. As I am a student in my first year and a fresher, I don't know much about the placement, but it is good. They actually help students get a job after the degree.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure of the college, as I am studying. A new canteen is available. A big canteen, a big auditorium, and huge classrooms are available. So, the infrastructure of the college is too good. There are 7 floors in the college. A huge turf is there for sports.
Faculty: Good faculty. They conduct examinations smoothly and in a very good manner. They help students understand the rules and regulations of the college. Teachers are very polite and good, and all the professors are good. The way of their teaching is also good. Teachers are good.

Mutual concerns for the students.
Placements: Some of the moderate companies like HCLtech, ProteanAI, Allwin Technologies and services look for the students of master of commerce with the average pay usually below 28,000 per month. Similarly, high-paying corporates like TCS and Cognizant play a role in the process of recruitment.
Infrastructure: A large parking space was designed in the college campus for the students as well as teachers. The organisation was quite busy with its events and its calendars. Atleast five to six programs were conducted in the month. For conducting some of the events, they would collect charges from the students to organize them successfully.
Faculty: Professors shared their mutual concerns with everybody, and this type of concerns showed the biggest growth in the academic progress. There will be no frequency in organizing the examinations, only to enter the internal marks examinations will be conducted. Literally, they had an aim to reach the highest positions in the organizations through their educational services.
