The duration of all M.Tech courses at BITS Pilani is two years. Each M.Tech course has 4 semesters in it and each course is offered in full-time mode only. BITS Pilani ME/MTech fee range between INR 2.42 Lacs and INR 10.4 lakh for two years. The semester/ term BITS Pilani fee for integrated first degree and higher degree courses is Rs 2,31,500 for the first and second semesters.
